Our NEW health coaching programs take a holistic approach to wellness that honors your whole person—mind, body, and spirit. We believe true health is about feeling energized, confident, and balanced in your own skin, not following restrictive rules or chasing unrealistic standards. Our certified coaches work with you to build sustainable habits around mindful movement, nourishing foods, stress management, and quality sleep, creating a personalized plan that fits your unique lifestyle and goals. Whether you want to boost your energy, improve your relationship with food, or simply feel more at home in your body, we're here to support your journey with compassion, science-based guidance, and zero judgment.

What's the difference between the two?

There's a lot of overlap when it comes to health and nutrition coaching, but the main focus of each are a little different:

Health coaching: diet and exercise are taken into account, but we'll also spend time discussing how sleep, stress, mental and emotional health, and relationships may all be impacting your current approach to wellness.

Nutrition coaching: does take into account aspects like sleep, stress, and time management, but will really focus on how diet and nutrition could be impacting your ability to reach your current wellness goals.

 

What does a session look like?

Whether you choose to meet with us in person or virtually, you can expect...

  • A safe and confidential space: room to share openly without judgment.

  • Listening and understanding: we'll truly hear your concerns and talk with you (not at you) about what feels like realistic options.

  • Personalized insights: gain clarity on your current health and identify areas for growth based on your individual goals.

  • Practical strategies: leave with actionable steps and tools tailored to your unique needs and lifestyle.

  • Empowerment: find your innate capacity to heal and thrive.What are my options?

We'll be rolling out 3 different packages, allowing you to choose the best option for where you're at right now. This type of coaching doesn't work with a "one-and-done" attitude. Real, sustainable behavior change takes time and commitment. 

Health Coaching Plans/Nutrition Coaching Plans

Thrive in 90/Fuel for Life

  • This option spans 12 weeks, with weekly check-ins, personalized plans, time to adapt and adjust, optional accountability text/call updates, etc.

Thrive in 90 (Lite)/Fuel for Life (Lite)

  • The same offering that you'll see above, but this option spaces out check-ins to a bi-weekly basis over the 12 weeks.

6 Week Wellness/Reset & Refuel

  • You'll meet with your coach on a weekly basis for 6 weeks to address 1-2 areas of focus. Text/call updates are still available, as are applicable resources offered in Thrive and Fuel.
