 FAQs

  • Each billing cycle begins on the date of purchase so it is unique to each member. However, we can adjust it if you prefer to have a specific day of the month.

  • Nope! We like to keep things flexible an easy so you can adjust your membership monthly so long as you cancel BEFORE your next billing cycle. However, if you are on an extended discount program, you will need to complete that time frame before cancelling.

  • While we don’t require an extended commitment to our recurring memberships, we do offer discounts for anyone who chooses to extend. You may upgrade your membership during that window, but may not downgrade to a smaller membership. All discounts must be applied by admin. Does not apply to Express or Open Gym only memberships.

    Discounts are as follows:

    4 months = 4% off per month

    8 months = 8% off per month

    12 months = 12% off per month

  • We do not rollover classes. Should you need to pause your membership for an extended absence, you may do so with the guidelines of your commitment. See previous question.

  • Have no fear! We offer discounted drop in class passes for anyone who has an active recurring membership.

  • We use a gym management system called Push Press to track all memberships and class reservations. Once downloaded you get full access to our classes, events and community engagement!
